Section 36

SECTION 36. Repeal of Acts inconsistent herewith. - All acts, executive orders, administrative orders, proclamations, rules and regulations or parts thereof inconsistent with any of the provisions of this Decree are hereby repealed or modified accordingly. If any provision or section of this Decree or the application thereof to any person, asso ciation or circumstances is held invalid, the other pertinent provisions or sections of this Decree and their application to such person, association or circumstances shall not be affected thereby.
