Section 45

SEC. 45. Exemption of Fishermen from Operation of the Blue Sunday Law and the Eight-Hour Labor Law.— Fishermen on board fishing boats engaged in fishing operations are hereby exempted from the provisions. of the Blue Sunday Law and the Eight-Hour Labor Law.
