SECTION 1. The amount of One Hundred Twenty Million Pesos
(P120,000,000.00), or so much thereof as may be necessary, is hereby
appropriated out of the general fund in the National Treasury not
otherwise appropriated for the reclamation of the Dagat-Dagatan project
in the Province of Rizal in connection with the establishment of a
harmonious, comprehensive, integrated and healthy living community in
the area.
