Section 17

SEC. 17. Section twenty-six of the same Act is hereby amended to read as follows: "SEC. 26. Qualifications. — The Deputy-Governor for Supervision, in addition to the qualifications required in Section 7 of this Act, and the heads of the supervising and examining department, must be persons of recognized integrity and competence in accounting, auditing and banking practice."
