SEC. 34. Section sixty-five of the same Act is hereby amended to read as follows: "SEC. 65. Power to define terms. — For the purposes of this article and of this Act, the Monetary Board shall formulate definitions of money supply, credit and prices; and whenever the need arises, change these definitions but not oftener than once every twelve months and such definitions as well as any changes thereof shall be made public. That statistics prepared by the Central Bank on money supply, credit and prices shall be based on these definitions to the extent that available data permit."
