Section 5

SEC. 5. Philippines Bureau of Products Standards.—The Bureau of Standards is renamed Philippines Bureau of Products Standards which shall, among others, be responsible for establishing standards for commodities, inspection and certification of products for exports and local distribution, and inspection and certification of products imported by the country.
