Preamble
WHEREAS, INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL, INC., is domestic educational institution established primarily for dependents of foreign diplomatic personnel and other temporary residents, and as such is exempt from the provisions of Subsection (7) of Article XV, Section 8 of the Constitution of the Philippines; WHEREAS, in view of the widening diplomatic and commercial relations of the Republic of the Philippines with various countries of the world, it is essential that the continued growth of INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL, INC. be encouraged; WHEREAS, INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL, INC. owns valuable real properties in Makati, Rizal, exclusively used by it for educational purposes, which it wishes to donate without compensation to the Government of the Republic of the Philippines; NOW, THEREFORE, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers in me vested by the Constitution, do hereby decree and order the following:
