Section 14

SECTION 14. Legal Department.—Any provisions of law or executive order to the contrary notwithstanding, the Philippine National Railways shall have its own Legal Department which shall handle all legal matters affecting the corporation: Provided, That the Solicitor General's Office shall provide assistance and supervision in the handling of court cases of the Corporation.
