Section 37

SEC. 37. Section 72 of the same decree is hereby amended to read as Section 74 as follows: "SECTION 74. Depository for Reserves.—Any local water utility which is accumulating reserves for capital improvement may make specified time deposits of the same to the Administration in the manner authorized for banks in handling trust funds. Such funds shall not be used for operating purposes by the Administration."
