Section 36

SEC. 36. All provisions of existing laws, orders, decrees, rules and regulations inconsistent herewith are hereby repealed. This Decree shall take effect immediately. Done in the City of Manila this 16th day of December, in the year of our Lord, nineteen hundred and seventy-five. (Sgd.) FERDINAND E.
