Appeal from Judgment.

Section 21

SEC. 21. Appeal from Judgment. —The decision of the Board of Examiners shall become final thirty days alter receipt by the respondent of a copy of the decision, unless, during the same period, he has appealed to the President of the Philippines, whose decision then, shall be final.
