Reinstatement.

Section 22

SEC. 22. Reinstatement. — After five years, the Marine Board of Examiners may order the reinstatement of any certified marine officer, whose certificate of registration has been revoked if the respondent, during this period has acted in an exemplary manner and has not committed by illegal, immoral or dishonorable act.
