Section 13

SEC. 13. Modification of the Salary and Wage Schedules —The Salary Schedule and the Wage Schedule shall be revised periodically subject to the approval of the Pres ident, in relation to (a) the level of salaries and wages and employee benefits currently prevailing in private in dustry for comparable work, (b) changes in the basic work week or (c) changes in the Minimum Wage Law.
