Initial Appropriations.

Section 16

SECTION 16. Initial Appropriations. — The sum of Two Million Two Hundred Twenty-Five Thousand Pesos (P2,225,000.00) is hereby transferred from the Fertilizer Industry Authority to the Corporation. Said sum shall form part of the capital contribution of the Republic of the Philippines to the Corporation.
