Corporation Directly Under the President of the Philippines.

Section 18

SECTION 18. Corporation Directly Under the President of the Philippines. — Any provision of law to the contrary notwithstanding, the Corporation shall operate as an independent Corporation, subject only to the authority of the President of the Philippines.
