Section 3

SEC. 3. Upgrade of Existing Professional health Care Services. - The existing workforce of the Dr. Jose N. Rodriguez Memorial Hospital and Sanitarium shall also be correspondingly increased. The Department of Health (DOH), in coordination with the Department of Budget and Management (DBM) and the Civil Service Commission (CSC), and after consultation with the Dr. Jose N. Rodriguez Memorial Hospital and Sanitarium, shall determine the additional plantilla positions to be created pursuant to this Act.
