Section 5

SEC. 5. Appropriation. - The Secretary of Health shall include in the Department's program the operationalization of the increase in beds for tertiary general health care purposes in the Dr. Jose N. Rodriguez Memorial Hospital and Sanitarium from two hundred (200) to eight hundred (800) beds, the initial funding of which shall be charged against the current year's appropriations of the hospital. Thereafter, the funds necessary for its continued operational shall be included in the General Appropriations Act (GAA).
