SEC. 8. Section 20 of the same Act is hereby amended to read as follows: "SEC. 20. Non-Intervention in the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) Operations. - Nothing contained in this Act nor in related antecedent laws or existing agreements shall be construed to allow the AMLC to participate in any manner in the operation of the BIR. The AMLC, may, however, coordinate with the BIR On investigations in relating to violations of Section 254 of NIRC, as amended, as a predicate offense to money laundering."
