Section 5

SEC. 5. Academic Freedom. - The BatStateU shall enjoy academic freedom as provided for in Republic Act No. 8292, otherwise known as the "Higher Education Modernization Act of 1997", and paragraph 2, Section 5 of Article XIV of the Constitution.
