Institutional Autonomy.

Section 10

SEC. 10. Institutional Autonomy. - As the national engineering university, the BatSateU shall be treated with greater flexibility. It shall determine its teaching, research, extension services thrusts, plans, policies, programs, and standards consistent with its purpose, and according to the national goals and priorities, which shall be approved by the Board of Regents.
