Compensation.

Section 13

SEC. 13. Compensation. - Members of the Board shall serve without compensation but shall be entitled to reimbursement of actual and necessary expenses incurred in attendance to the meetings of the Board and other official business authorized by the Board, subject to existing laws, rules and regulations.
