Section 20

SEC. 20. A new section 23 is hereby inserted to read as follows: "SEC. 23. Special Protections for Adolescent Solo Parents. - In addition to the provisions of this Act, adolescent solo parents, including victims of child marriages, shall also be provided with assistance from the DSWD and the DOH which may include counseling and psycho-social services, and from the DepEd, CHED, and TESDA in the form of home-based, in-school, or technical education, as warranted."
