Section 24

SEC. 24. Section 13 of the same Act is hereby amended and renumbered as Section 27, to read as follows: "SEC. 27. Implementing Rules and Regulations. - Within ninety (90) days from the approval of this Act, the Secretary of Social Welfare and Development shall, in consultation and coordination with the members of the IACMC, as provided for under Section 24 of this Act, issue the necessary rules and regulations for the effective implementation of this Act."
