Compensation.

Section 14

SEC. 14. Compensation. - The members of the Board shall serve without compensation but shall be entitled to reimbursement of actual and necessary expenses incurred to attend meetings of the Board and other official business authorized by the Board, subject to existing laws, rules, and regulations.
