Section 18

SEC. 18. The Secretary of the NAAP. - The Board shall appoint a Secretary who shall serve as such for both the Board and the NAAP and shall keep all records and proceedings of the Board in addition to other duties and responsibilities. The Secretary of the NAAP shall serve the appropriate notice of Board meetings upon each member of the Board.
