The Secretariat.

Section 9

SEC. 9. The Secretariat. - There is hereby created a Secretariat to support the VIP in carrying out its functions. The VIP Board shall provide for the institutional setup, qualifications, and compensation of employees composing the Secretariat, in accordance with existing laws, rules, and regulations.
