Procurement of Specialized Materials, Equipment, and Services.

Section 18

SEC. 18. Procurement of Specialized Materials, Equipment, and Services. - The VIP shall undertake the procurement of specialized materials, equipment, and services to be used in its operation and administration, in accordance with Republic Act No. 12009 or the "New Government Procurement Act", and other existing laws, rules, and regulations.
