Public-Private Partnerships.

Section 15

SEC. 15. Public-Private Partnerships. - The VIP, DTI, and Public-Private Partnership Center shall collaborate in seeking Public-Private Partnerships (PPPs) for the development of new industries, products, and services, including the clinical phase of vaccine production. The VIP may also request the assistance of other national and local government agencies in seeking PPPs.
