SEC. 3. Curricular Offerings. - The DISC shall offer undergraduate and graduate courses in the fields of fisheries, agriculture, environmental science, mining engineering, marine engineering, hospitality management, education, engineering, science and technology, arts and humanities, liberal arts, and other degree courses, as the Board of Trustees may deem necessary to carry out its objectives, and those which respond to the human resource development needs of the Province of Dinagat Islands and the Caraga Administrative Region: Provided, That the DISC shall comply with the policies, standards, and guidelines of the Commission on Higher Education (CHED) for the offering of courses and the introduction of new or revised programs.
