Implementing Rules and Regulations.

Section 17

SEC. 17. Implementing Rules and Regulations. - Rules and regulations necessary for the effective enforcement of the provisions of this Act shall be formulated by the DepEd, in consultation with the DPWH, DOE, NEA, DICT, NCIP, DILG, DENR, DOST, DOTr, LWUA, DBM, TEC, Department of Social Welfare and Development, National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council, Civil Service Commission, and Union of Local Authorities of the Philippines and shall be implemented within ninety (90) days from the effectivity of this Act.
