Section 17

SEC. 17. Examination and registration shall not be required of the following persons: Officers or enlisted men of the Armed Forces of the United States and of the Philippines and civilian employees of the Government of the United States stationed for the United States and/or the Philippines. Plumbing experts called in by the Philippine Government for consultation in connection with certain specific construction, provided that their services shall be limited to such work.
