Section 12
SEC. 12. All applicants for registration as master plumber shall be required to pass an examination as hereinafter provided. Persons applying for admission to the examination as herein provided, shall, prior to the date of the examination, establish to the satisfaction of the Board of Examiners, that he: Is at least twenty-one years of age; Is a citizen of the Philippines; Is of good moral character; Is at least a high school graduate; Has at least five years experience in actual plumbing work under the supervision of a registered master plumber.
