SEC. 8. The members of the Board shall each receive as compensation, the sum of ten pesos for each applicant examined. All authorized expenses of the Board shall be paid by the Bureau of Civil Service. All fees shall be, received by the disbursing officer of the Bureau of Civil Service, and said officer shall pay all authorized expenses tf the Board, including the compensation provided herein-above for members of the Board.
