Section 86

SEC. 86. General Auditing Office—City Auditor.—The City Auditor, under the supervision of the Auditor General, shall receive and audit all accounts of the city, in accordance with the provisions of law relating to government accounts and accounting. He shall be appointed by the Auditor General and shall receive a salary of three thousand nine hundred pesos per annum, payable half by the national government and half from the funds of the city.
