Change of Government.

Section 90

SEC. 90. Change of Government.—The city government provided for in this Charter shall be organized on such a date as may be fixed by the President of the Philippines. The incumbent Mayor, Vice-Mayor and members of the Municipal Council of the Municipality of Silay shall continue in office as the Mayor, Vice-Mayor and members of the Municipal Board of the City, respectively, until the expiration of their present terms of office.
