Account of contributions received.

Section 41

SEC. 41. Account of contributions received.—Every person who receives a contribution for a political committee shall, on demand of the treasurer and in any event within five days after the receipt of such contribution, render to the treasurer a detailed account thereof, including the name and address of the person making: such contribution, and the date of its receipt.
