Section 71

SEC. 71. Blackboards.—At the beginning of the counting there shall be placed upon the side of the booths in a place within plain view of the watchers and the public, blackboards where the names of all the registered candidate shall be written, and the poll clerk shall record thereto the votes received by each one of them as the chairman of the board of inspectors reads the ballots.
