Preparation of list before any special election.

Section 102

SEC. 102. Preparation of list before any special election.—For the preparation of the list of voters before a special election, the board of inspectors of each election precinct of the political division concerned shall hold a meeting in the polling place on the second Saturday following the date of the proclamation calling such election. At this meeting the board shall transfer the names of the voters appearing in the list used in the preceding election and shall include the new qualified electors applying for registration. (C.
