SEC. 2. The sum necessary to pay said pension from the approval of this Act until and including the fiscal year nineteen hundred fifty-seven to nineteen hundred fifty-eight is hereby appropriated out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated. Therefore, the sum necessary therefor shall be included in the annual General Appropriation Act.
