SEC. 18. Grades, Pay and Allowances of Reservists.—Grades, pay and allowances, of reservists shall be the same as those of enlisted men of the Regular Force: Provided, That reservists shall receive no pay or allowances while on inactive status: Provided, further, That reservists on annual active duty training shall receive pay and allowances as may be prescribed by the President: And provided, also, That in time of emergency, where a partial or full mobilization has been declared by the President, reservists called to active duty shall be entitled to the same rates of pay and allowances prescribed for enlisted men of the Regular Force.
