Section 21

SEC. 21. Repealing Clause.—This Act repeals Republic Numbered Three hundred fifteen, and sections eighty-nine and ninety-one of Commonwealth Act Numbered One, as amended, and so much of sections four, five and flve-A of Republic Act Numbered Five hundred seventy-three and section one of Republic Act Numbered Eight hundred fifteen as pertain to pay and allowances of enlisted men of the PEFTOK.
