Section 8

SEC. 8. Sub-section (g), section twenty-two of the same Act, is amended to read as follows: "(g) He shall have the care and custody of all public docks, wharves, piers, levees, and landing places owned by the city, and the care and custody, supervision, administration and control of the Dumaguete pier, Dumaguete seawall, and all foreshore lands within the territorial jurisdiction of the city."
