SECTION 1. The Barotac Nuevo High School situated in the Municipality of Barotac Nuevo, Province of Iloilo, is hereby converted into a National Fishery School to be known as "Central Iloilo National School of Fisheries", with a Principal as administrative officer under the direct superintendence of the Superintendent of the nearest regional agricultural school.
