SEC. 3. The sum of three hundred thousand pesos is hereby appropriated for the conversion of said school, as provided for in this Act, and its operation and maintenance, purchase of site, adequate and suitable site for fish culture, and necessary equipment and buildings. Thereafter, the necessary amount for the operation of said school shall be included in the annual General Appropriation Act.
