Section 27

SEC. 27. Article eighty of Commonwealth Act Numbered Four hundred and eight is hereby amended to read as follows: "ART. 80. Captured Property to be Secured for Public Service.—All public property taken from the enemy is the property of the Government of the Philippines and shall be secured for the service thereof, and any person subject to military law who neglects to secure such property or is guilty of wrongful appropriation thereof shall be punished as a court-martial may direct."
