Section 32

SEC. 32. Article ninety-six of Commonwealth Act Numbered Four hundred and eight is hereby amended to read as follows: "ART. 96. Conduct Unbecoming an Officer and Gentleman.—Any officer, member of the Nurse Corps, cadet, flying cadet, or probationary second lieutenant, who is convicted of conduct unbecoming an officer and a gentleman shall be dismissed from the service."
