Section 90
SEC. 90. Ex-officio city officials.—For purposes of stabilizing the finances of the city, the provincial treasurer, provincial assessor, district engineer or his assistant, the district health officer, and the provincial auditor of the Province of Albay, may, at the discretion of the President of the Philippines, and with the consent of the Commission on Appointments, be appointed to similar positions of the city, with additional compensation not exceeding thirty per cent of that already allowed by law to be received by each of them from the Province of Albay: Provided, however, That permanent separate city officials shall be appointed afterwards, as hereinabove provided.
