Section 6

SEC. 6. Should the plant be sold to a private individual or corporation, the proceeds shall be employed for the establishment of similar plant or plants in other regions to be determined by the Commissioner of the National Institute of Science and Technology with the approval of the Chairman of the National Science Development Board.
