SEC. 8. The duties of all persons appointed pr designated under this Act shall begin at such times as shall be fixed by the President of the Philippines and shall continue until such persons are relieved of such duties; Provided, however, That subsequent to such relief persons so appointed or designated may be required to perform such further services as may be necessary for the carrying out of the purposes of this Act.
