Section 31

SEC. 31. The amount of one million pesos is hereby appropriated from any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated to augment the funds transferred to this Office under Section eight for the implementation of this Act. All income derived from fees authorized in Section Four of this Act shall accrue to the General Fund.
